UPDATE ON THE SITUATION OF COVID-19 OUTBREAK RELATING TO VIETNAM

On February 25, 2020, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc issued Directive No. 10/2020 on the prevention and control of COVID-19, whereby:
- There have been a total of 16 cases infected with coronavirus across the country up to date; all 16 cases have received treatment and recovered from the infection; no new cases have been reported during the last 12 days.
- Temporarily suspend entry into Vietnam with travelers coming from or passing through areas affected by the outbreak in South Korea (including Deagu city and Gyeongsangbuk province); for travelers coming to Vietnam on official missions, they will be subjected to medical declaration and quarantine for a 14-day period.
⁃ All travelers from other areas of South Korea will be required to submit a medical declaration upon entry into Vietnam./.
